Additionally, in his career, Brian Abergel holds multiple certifications and professional associations. He is presently the Deputy Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s Corporate and Association Counsel Division and has been admitted to practice in the Federal Court in the Southern and Middle District of Florida.

Brian is also an active member of the Brevard County Bar Association and the Miami-Dade Bar Association, and Brian holds his law license from the Florida Bar.
Brian Abergel attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2010. From 2009 to 2010, Brian also attended Sciences Po, a highly-esteemed university in Paris, France, where he studied through the Political Science and Globalization International Program. After earning his undergraduate degree, Brian enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, where – alongside his academic work – he was the Vice President of Business and Corporate Law Society and the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Additionally, he was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review as well as the recipient of the Legal Communication and Research Outstanding Oralist Award. Brian graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014 with his Doctor of Law (J.D.).
